1. Who we are
Lorely is operated by Aigenix, based in Western Australia, Australia. Contact: lorely.help@gmail.com.
2. What we collect
Account data (username, email, date of birth, optional avatar/banner/bio), content you upload (videos, thumbnails, descriptions, tags, AI-tool disclosures), interaction data (likes, comments, subscriptions, reports), and standard request logs (IP, user agent, timestamps) for security.
3. How we use it
To operate the service, authenticate you, transcode and stream your videos via Mux, surface trending and subscription feeds, moderate reported content, and communicate important account or service updates.
4. Service providers
We use Supabase (authentication, database, storage) and Mux (video hosting and streaming). These providers process your data on our behalf under their own privacy policies.
5. Public information
Your username, avatar, banner, bio, uploaded videos, comments, and subscriber count are visible to other users.
6. Age requirement
We collect your date of birth to verify you are at least 13 years old and to gate 18+ content. We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13.
7. Your rights
You can edit your profile, delete your videos and comments, and request full account deletion by emailing us. We respond to requests within a reasonable time.
8. Retention
Account and content data is kept until you delete it. Moderation records and security logs may be retained for a reasonable period after deletion.
9. Changes
We may update this policy. Material changes will be announced on the site.
