Terms of Service

1. Who we are
Lorely (“we”, “us”, “our”) is operated by Aigenix, based in Western Australia, Australia. By creating an account or using the service you accept these terms.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use Lorely. You must be 18 or older to view or publish age-restricted (18+) content.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of videos and other material you upload. You grant Lorely a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, transcode, stream, cache, and display your content for the purpose of operating the service.
4. AI-generated content rules
Every video uploaded must be primarily generated by an AI tool. You must accurately disclose which tools were used. You may not upload content that violates the source AI tool's terms of service.
5. Prohibited content
You may not upload content that is illegal, sexually explicit involving minors, depicts real non-consensual sexual acts, incites violence or hatred, infringes third-party rights, or contains malware. We may remove content and terminate accounts at our discretion.
6. Reporting & moderation
Users may report videos. We review reports and may remove content or suspend accounts. Decisions are at our sole discretion.
7. Termination
You may delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms.
8. Disclaimer
The service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aigenix is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of Lorely.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Western Australia, Australia.
